Steps to Follow Once You Have Signed Up
Step 1: Add Relevant Prompts
To optimize your organic performance on LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, you need to find and track prompts that people are actively searching for.
You can do so by: Going to "CONFIGURE" -> "Prompts" -> "Need Suggestions?" or "Bulk Upload" or "Add Prompt"
Under Prompts Section you'll see three options:
"Need Suggestions?" automatically analyzes your site, finds topics LLMs currently think your site represents well, and suggests specific prompts within each topic.
"Bulk Upload" allows you to download a sample excel sheet where you can simultaneously add multiple prompts you want to track, along with which country you want them to run in as well as topic(s) these prompts stand for.
"Add Prompt" allows you to manually add questions that you believe are important to answer about your brand on LLMs. You can create a list of questions real prospects ask. For example, “What is the best [your category] for [audience/problem]?”, or “Top-rated alternatives to [competitor] in 2026?".

Step 2: Add and Analyze Your Competitors
To benchmark your performance on AI search, you need to understand on which prompts your competitors are appearing but you are not. You also need to analyze your competitors' sentiment and share of voice on LLMs, compared to you.
You need to first add the competitors (as many as you'd like) that you want to benchmark performance against. To do so, Go to "ANALYTICS" -> "Competitor Benchmarking" -> "Add Competitor" -> Add "Competitor Name and Domain".
You can then refresh and analyze results including:
Top Queries Where Competitors Are Mentioned But You Are Not
Top Queries Where You Are Mentioned But Competitors Are Not
Top Queries Where You Are Not Mentioned
Top Queries Where You Are Mentioned While Your Competitor May or May Not Be Mentioned.
Go to "ANALYTICS" -> "Brand Mentions" to analyze the share of voice, average sentiment, and average ranking, platform distribution, and recent conversations for all analyzed companies including competitors.
Step 3: Understand your Current AI Position
Refresh your dashboard and go to "Overview" section. Here you can get an understanding of your brand's:
Share of voice, average sentiment, unique citations and industry ranking
Visibility share over time as well as ranking of top 5 companies
Top 5 blogs to write to improve your AI share of voice and citations
AI traffic and revenue from all different LLMs
Top queries where you are mentioned, and top queries by citations
Top cited pages, and top cited domains
Visibility on Recent conversations on LLMs
See 0% Share of Voice?
This typically happens when you have not added enough prompts or irrelevant ones. To fix it, read more here on how to find and add more relevant prompts.
Curious to know the reason for the share of voice, unique citations and sentiment?
Head over to "ANALYTICS" -> "Share of Voice" -> "Recent Conversations" -> select your brand from the dropdown to view the actual LLM answers (where you are mentioned) and their sentiment.
Step 4: Take Action to Improve AI Share of Voice and Citations
Not happy with your current share of voice, industry rank, number of citations and average sentiment? Take the following steps to improve them:
Write Net New Blogs:
Go to "ACTIONS" -> "Content Strategy".
Click on any of the top 5 suggested articles, write and publish them on your site.
Don't like any suggestion? Downvote to remove it.
Then click on "Generate suggestions" to generate the latest batch of 10 more content pieces
Reverse Engineer Site Pages That Work:
Go to "ANALYTICS"->"Prompt Analytics" -> "Top Cited Pages" and reverse engineer the competitor pages (product, collection page or blog etc).
Engage on Social Media Posts that AI loves to Cite:
Go to "ANALYTICS" -> "Sources" -> "Citations by Domain" -> from the dropdown, type and select Reddit/Quora/Wikipeda/Youtube and engage with existing posts or reverse engineer them to create similar content pieces
Step 5: Track Your AI Traffic Results
